GENERAL BONUS TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1.1 All customer offers are limited to one per person, family, household address, email address, telephone number, same payment account number (e.g. debit or credit card, Interac, etc), IP, and shared computer, e.g. public library or workplace.

1.2 Spinvoyage at its discretion from time to time, offers Bonus Funds, which players must review and accept before receiving. Spinvoyage at its discretion may cancel any promotion at any time. These funds can only be used for specified games and cannot be withdrawn as cash.

1.4 Spinvoyage reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any bonus at its discretion. 

1.5. By registering, the client agrees to the General Bonus Terms and Conditions governing the receipt and use of bonuses. 

1.6 Players have the option to cancel active bonuses before meeting the wagering requirements, whether they are deposit or non-deposit bonuses. Only one active bonus is allowed at a time, and deposit bonuses cannot be combined.

1.7 Fraudulent activity, including the misuse of bonus funds to manipulate the reward system, is strictly prohibited and may result in cancellation, account suspension, and loss of winnings. Abuse of free spins, game rounds, or cumulative bonuses can lead to account blocking and forfeiture of funds beyond the original deposit.

1.8 Multiple accounts are not permitted. Creating more than one account with Spinvoyage to claim any bonuses is deemed bonus abuse.

1.9 Bonus abuse, such as collusion, software manipulation, VPN use, or exploiting loopholes, may result in confiscation of bonus-related winnings, access restrictions, and permanent account suspension.

1.10 Any returns, deposits, winnings, or bonuses that you have gained or accrued during such time as the Duplicate Account was active will be forfeited and may be reclaimed by us, and you will return to us on demand any such funds that have been withdrawn from the Duplicate Account.

1.12 No deposit free spins including free spins from the VIP manager need to be wagered 35 times before the funds can be withdrawn unless otherwise specified. Wagering with both the bonus money and your deposited cash will count towards the wagering requirement.

1.12 The maximum winnings resulting from free chip bonuses from the VIP manager and tournament cash prizes will be 10 (ten) times the bonus amount unless otherwise stated.

1.13 When accepting a deposit bonus, kindly remember that your deposit is locked with the accepted bonus. This means that you have two options, either to complete the wagering requirement of the bonus or cancel the bonus. If you choose to cancel the bonus, the bonus and all winnings attributed to the bonus will be lost.

1.14 Different games contribute a different percentage towards the wagering requirements. Wagers made on video slots contribute 100%, while all other games contribute 0%. 

1.15 All games that contribute towards the completion of the wagering requirement of a bonus are displayed in the Bonus Wagering category.

1.16 Bonus money, as well as free spins, cannot be used while playing progressive jackpot slots.

1.17 When playing with bonus funds, the maximum bet is 7.5 CAD except Welcome Package Bonuses. This includes double up wagers after the game round has been completed (e.g. wagering winnings from X game round on red/black).

1.18 Regarding the bonuses and promotions, all times and dates are stated in UTC.

1.19 All the deposit bonuses have a minimum deposit requirement for obtaining the bonus, limitation of the maximum possible bonus amount, wagering terms, limitation of the maximum amount of bets while wagering, time limitation of bonus life unless otherwise indicated.

1.20 Bonus is automatically cancelled upon active bonus balance reaching an amount of 0.1 CAD or less.

1.21 The maximum winnings:

a) The maximum winnings after completing wager requirements you can expect as a result of receiving any bonus free spins is 200 CAD unless otherwise stated. Any winnings exceeding these limits will be forfeited.

b) The maximum winnings that will be paid out resulting from free spins issued by the personal VIP manager will be 1000 CAD.

1.22 Bonus funds and winnings will be forfeited upon the expiry of the bonus.

1.23 Only one bonus can be claimed at a time. When the player triggered (claimed, activated) more than one bonus at a time. Deposit-related bonuses cannot be "stacked".

1.24 It's forbidden to delay any playing rounds, including free spins and bonus rounds, for the time when you no longer need to play the bonus through and/or make a new deposit(s). If a player is suspected of any of such actions, casino management reserves the right to cancel all bonuses and any winnings acquired from them at its sole discretion.

1.25 Bonus round and free spins do not qualify for the jackpot bonuses pursuant to casino software provider rules. Only real money rounds qualify for the jackpot bonuses.

1.26 Spinvoyage.com can, under certain circumstances, credit a player's account with a so-called 'bonus'. The conditions for the crediting of the bonus (e.g. First Deposit Bonus) and the amount of the bonus is determined by spinvoyage.com and set out on the website from time to time. By accepting and using bonuses the player agrees to its Terms. If an account contains both the Virtual Funds and bonus funds, the bonus funds will only be available for wagering once the existing Virtual Funds have been used.

1.27 All withdrawals will be subject to an internal audit before being processed. Spinvoyage.com reserves all rights to void Bonuses or any winnings for failed audits. The Player hereby consents in advance to the same.

1.28 If, upon such a review, it appears that a Player(s) are participating in actions, taking advantage of any software or system bug or failure, Spinvoyage.com reserves the right to revoke the entitlement of such a Player to receive or benefit from the promotion (and/or withhold the payout of the proceeds of such abuse to the Player/s in question). Only fully settled bets (i.e. bets that result in a win or loss) will be counted towards wagering.

1.30 The English version of these Bonus Terms is definitive. Translations into other languages may be made as a service and are made in good faith. However, in the event of differences between the English version and a translation, the English version has priority over any translation.

1.31 The use of bonus funds purely to progress through the bonus stages is prohibited. For example when a bonus or cash funds are used purely to progress through the bonus stages (e.g. collecting 9 out of 10 coins to reach that bonus feature) and then final stages (e.g. playing to collect the final coin to reach 10 out of 10 coins to reach the bonus feature) completed with cash bets when bonus funds have been forfeited, lost or wagering met and converted to cash. All the winnings gained during that play may be considered void.

1.32 The Casino reserves the right to restrict you from receiving any bonus promotions once the customer bonus ratio (deposits: bonuses) is more than 50% upon its sole decision

1.33 No deposit bonuses terms and conditions:

1.34 The maximum winnings that will be paid out resulting from No Deposit Free Spins upon Registration are 100 CAD. Any winnings exceeding this amount will be forfeited.

1.38 Upon making a deposit on our site, the user is allocated two separate balances: a Real Balance and a Bonus Balance. The Real Balance shall comprise the amount deposited from the user’s designated payment method (e.g., bank account or card), The Bonus balance shall consist of any cash equivalent credited to the user's account upon activation of the Bonus, and/or fulfillment of the no-deposit bonus condition. Wagering is applied sequentially: first to the Real Balance, then to the Bonus Balance. In the event that the user’s total balance falls to or below CAD 0.50 and the user thereafter makes a further deposit, the Bonus Balance (together with any associated wagering requirements) shall be automatically forfeited.

1.39 Welcome Package:

1.40 The minimum deposit requirement to qualify for any part of the welcome bonus is 20 CAD.

a) First deposit bonus: 125% up to 1500 CAD. This bonus will be granted automatically. 

b) Second deposit bonus: 100% up to 1000 CAD. This bonus will be granted automatically after 1st deposit. Make sure to active bonus from the “Promotions” menu before deposit.

c) Third deposit bonus: 50% up to 800 CAD. This bonus will be granted automatically after 2nd deposit. Make sure to active bonus from the “Promotions” menu before deposit.

1.41 The maximum bet per spin while wagering any bonus from Welcome Package is 2 CAD.

1.42 All bonuses (unless otherwise specified) need to be wagered 35 times before the funds can be withdrawn. Bonuses expire after 7 days if the wager is not covered.

1.43 Any winnings generated from free spins will be awarded a wagering requirement of 35 (thirty-five)

1.44 Match bonuses and free spins will be instantly applied to the Casino balance, once the deposit is made.

1.45 If the deposit bonus is not automatically granted after making a qualifying deposit, contact us before any bets are made, and we will manually grant you the bonus.

1.46 In case the player requests a withdrawal of their deposited amount prior to meeting the wagering requirements, the bonus amount and winnings will be forfeited.
